2. Full Responsibility Statement
We take Absolute and Full Responsibility for every transaction conducted via the agents officially displayed in our directory. If you interact with a Velki Master Agent through our portal and encounter any discrepancy, we will personally compensate and resolve the issue.

If a user is wrongly charged or faces any technical glitch during a transaction with a listed Velki Master Agent, we ensure a full refund within 48 hours of verification.
